Ms. Rivera is an Economic Development Associate for Better City. She conducts research and outreach to further Better City’s strategic projects. She is passionate about the importance of economic development and the positive impact it has on communities and individuals.
Ms. Rivera received her Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and English from Southern Virginia University. Prior to joining Better City, Ms. Rivera was the administrative assistant for a youth leadership conference where she restructured operations and training programs.
Ms. Rivera enjoys reading, painting, and having impromptu dance parties with her children.
