Gary Bullock
Principal Broker

Mr. Bullock has worked in the commercial real estate profession throughout Utah and Texas since 1986.  He holds a Duel Utah Real Estate Brokerage License and is the Principle Broker for Better City, LLC.  He is also the Director of Operations for Millrock Development and is the Managing Broker for their Property Management Group. Previously, Mr. Bullock worked with three of the largest real estate, development and property management companies in Utah, including owning his own real estate brokerage and consulting company. 

Mr. Bullock’s experience includes establishing best practices and oversight of property management services for Office, Medical, Retail, Industrial, Multi-Family and Entertainment facilities for millions of square feet.  Under the property management and business development services he has also worked with, and overseen, facility management services, leasing services, and construction management services for these mixed-use properties.  Mr. Bullock has developed and instituted several tenant relations and retention programs, budget and cost management programs and leasing strategies that has resulted in substantial earnings and savings for the companies and clients that he has worked with.  He also has developed strong relationships with the business, brokerage and governmental communities. 

Gary has also earned the designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration.

Mr. Bullock is very active in the community and professionally and has served on a number of community and professional committees and boards.  He currently serves on the Kaysville City Planning Commission and served as the Chair of the Planning Commission in 2015.  He has served on the Kaysville City Business and Economic Development Committee, Civic Affairs Committee and Chaired the Kaysville City General Plan Evaluation and Re-write Committee.  Mr. Bullock is a past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Utah (BOMA Utah) and currently serves as one of their Directors and as their Government Affairs Committee Chair.  He is also the Vice President for the Pacific Northwest Region of BOMA International.  Mr. Bullock serves as the Legislative Chair for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is the past Chair of the Board of Trustees, and the Government Affairs/RPAC Committee for the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors.  He was also a member of the Government Affairs Committee for The Utah Association of Realtors and served as a past Board Member of Downtown Ogden Inc.
